The TechNetwork Fellowship Program is a project-oriented part-time apprenticeship focused on emerging technologies. Fellows receive practical experience working with startups and are able to develop professional relationships with an unparalleled network of passionate entrepreneurs, finance professionals, investors, and advisors. We are looking for highly motivated self-starters in the area of finance, accounting, design and website development.
Location: applicants residing in the NYC will receive stronger consideration, but it is not a requirement.
Commitment: must be able to commit to a minimum of 10hrs per month, but most work can be performed remotely.
Magento/PHP Programmer

Opening for a part-time PHP Programmer with Magento extension programming experience. Initially, we prefer the the position to be on-site for approximately 2 days per week with a set schedule. Occasionally, the work may be from home. The position may turn into a full-time position. The candidate must be fluent in HTML, PHP, MySQL and have experience programming Magento extensions.
Quickbooks Accounting Clerk

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and highly motivated team player with good communication and organizational skills who demonstrates critical thinking and an eagerness to take on new tasks and responsibilities. Must have an accounting degree and 1-2 years of relavant accounting experience. Must also be proficient in all aspects of Quickbooks from initial set up through cash flow management and budgeting functions.
